Blasian Fusion's Story
Blasian Fusion began its journey with the establishment of our LLC in March 2019, initially focusing on tastings and small-scale catering for friends and family. It was on Juneteenth of 2022 that my husband and I officially launched our mobile food truck and catering business serving specialty egg rolls and Japanese and Afro American cuisine.
The inspiration behind our venture stemmed from a personal experience: my husband, who did not like egg rolls until six months after we met, had a transformative moment upon his first bite. Witnessing his initial surprise and amazement sparked the realization that this concept could become a successful business endeavor. Since then, we've been dedicated to sharing that same joy and discovery with every customer we serve.
Our Chef
I have been cooking alongside my mom, dad and grandmother since I was about 5. My parents taught me to cook many multi-cultural dishes. Our team still includes our mom who is my greatest inspiration, but my toughest critic. She is from Okinawa, Japan. She continues to teach and help us with the business. I am forever grateful for my family.
