Our Team

At Blasian Fusion, we believe that food should be more than just fuel for the body - it should be an experience. That's why we put so much care and attention into every dish we serve. From the way we source our ingredients to the way we plate our dishes, we strive to create a culinary experience that will leave a lasting impression.

Our Mission & Values

Blasian Fusion's mission is to serve delicious unique Japanese and Afro American cuisine while building community and expressing love through every dish we serve.

Our vision at Blasian Fusion is to expand our presence with a welcoming restaurant hub, creating a space for connection and enjoyment of delicious Japanese and Afro American cuisine. This dedicated space will be a flagship for our catering services, retail sauce line and fleet of food trucks, providing a vibrant environment where employees can thrive and share their passion for food with a supportive team.

Blasian Fusion's Story

Blasian Fusion began its journey with the establishment of our LLC in March 2019, initially focusing on tastings and small-scale catering for friends and family. It was on Juneteenth of 2022 that my husband and I officially launched our mobile food truck and catering business serving specialty egg rolls and Japanese and Afro American cuisine. The inspiration behind our venture stemmed from a personal experience: my husband, who did not like egg rolls until six months after we met, had a transformative moment upon his first bite. Witnessing his initial surprise and amazement sparked the realization that this concept could become a successful business endeavor. Since then, we've been dedicated to sharing that same joy and discovery with every customer we serve.

Our Chef

I have been cooking alongside my mom, dad and grandmother since I was about 5. My parents taught me to cook many multi-cultural dishes. Our team still includes our mom who is my greatest inspiration, but my toughest critic. She is from Okinawa, Japan. She continues to teach and help us with the business. I am forever grateful for my family.

We believe that our food truck has the power to bring people together. That's why we are dedicated to being an active and engaged member of our community. We participate in local events and festivals, and we are always looking for ways to give back to the community that has supported us.

Egg rolls are our business! Our authentic twist on the famous appetizer has our foodies coming back.

Catering and Events

Option 1

· 100 egg rolls with a side of Japanese rice and salad

· Feeds 30-35 people

· You can choose 3 different fillings from our menu of egg roll flavors

Option 2

· 200 egg rolls with a side of Japanese rice and salad

· Feeds 60-65 people

· You can choose 4 different fillings from our menu egg roll flavors

Other Dishes and Desserts

· Chicken Teriyaki with white rice – Feeds 10

· Chicken Fried Rice – Feeds 10

· Vegetable Fried Rice – Feeds 10

· Tempura Donuts – 30 donuts with sugar toppings

· Cherry/Apple filled egg rolls with dipping sauce and sugar topping – 20 egg rolls

Private Party or Corporate Events

· Party Duration: Up to 3 hours

· Travel Fee: $50-$250 based on distance

· Booking based on availability

Minimum Fees

· Monday-Thursday: $1000

· Friday-Sunday: $1500

· Friday or Saturday Evening: $2000
